To me, modesty means respect yourself. as in if you look at yourself infront of the mirror and think. if you think that you are too much covered that it will gonna make me look like something wrapped in clothes or that you are too much revealed that if it was some one else and you would look at that person and you would have criticised. so when you look at yourself and think this is rite and you are comfortable with it. this is modesty
Modesty means dressing in an appropriate manner that would not attract the wrong kind of attention. A person needs to respect themselves, in order to gain respect from others, and this is shown in the way they act and most importantly dress.

modesty i belelive is in your heart and therefore i say as long as you believe you are you probably are.
modestly to me means not bringing attension to yoursellf by the way you dress and act

Modesty is also respecting yourself and being respected by others.
Modesty means to look beautiful for who you are and not necessarily the size of your breasts
